Bill has been in the capital formation business for over 30 years. His strength is developing private debt and structured equity products across varied industries from agriculture, precision manufacturing to mortgage verification, water filtration systems and deregulated power services. Being industry agnostic has afforded a large spectrum of businesses to capitalize. This background enables Inceptus Capital Partners (ICP) to design financial product for companies best suited to our investors' cash flow requirements.

Bill started ICP in 2017 to replace Private Equity capital sourcing for deals with high net worth investors.

Bill and his wife Dedra have been married 37 years. They have 3 children with 2 grand children (and counting).
